A newly surfaced cyberattack has reportedly exposed personal information belonging to 3,615 Trump Mobile customers.
The breach has been attributed to the cybercrime group BYOD, which claims it gained access through an employee at Liberty Mobile, a company connected to Trump Mobile’s operations. The attackers reportedly published the stolen data on a dark-web leak site.
According to analysis reported by Straight Arrow, the exposed information includes customer names, email addresses, telephone numbers, home addresses, and telecom/order details. The attackers also claim they still have access to parts of Trump Mobile’s backend.
